Johnny Robideaux knocks a goal as GPR Varsity gets more shots to narrowly win on the road

In a tightly contested game, GPR Varsity beat ND State Tournament 6 - 4 at Ralph Engelstad Arena on Friday. ND State Tournament outscored GPR Varsity two to one to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. In the second period, GPR Varsity outscored ND State Tournament three to one and took away the lead. In the last period, GPR Varsity outscored ND State Tournament two to one and kept the lead to win the game.

Johnny Robideaux, Cole Rehovsky, Jade Miller, Zach Peterson, Peter Hills, and Brett Longtin each tallied one goal for GPR Varsity.

GPR Varsity's Zach Nelson stopped 26 shots to get the win.

Adding to their victory, GPR Varsity went 1-for-2 on power plays. ND State Tournament went 0-for-4.

GPR Varsity ended up with a record of 15-11. ND State Tournament ended the game with a record of 0-2.
